It won't copy over any event handlers, the "checked" attribute on checkboxes or radio buttons... although I do see that you caught the style attribute OK.

Finally, I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but if you don't pass the boolean for children (or set it to false), you won't get the text content of the node you are cloning.

IE also has innerhtml issues with SELECT elements
